SAN
PABLO, Zamboanga del (Dec. 21, 2018) - PNP personnel of San Pablo MPS, conducted police operation on
wanted person (Service of Arrest Warrant) at about 08:00 AM of December 20,
2018 at Barangay Poblacion, San Pablo, Zamboanga del Sur.
The operation resulted to the arrest of
Rodel Branzuela y Alpad aka “loloy”, 22 years old, single, unemployed, a
resident of Purok 3, Barangay Dapalayan, San Pablo, Zamboanga del Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Qualified Theft docketed under Criminal Case
No. 12967-2k16 issued on October 23, 2017 by Honorable Judge Benjamin R.
Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 22, Pagadian City
with a bail bond recommended of Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php20,000.00) for his
temporary liberty.
The arrested person is now under the
custody of San Pablo MPS for proper disposition.
