PABLO, Zamboanga del Sur (Nov. 28, 2018) -
PNP personnel of San Pablo MPS conducted police operation on wanted person
(Service of Arrest Warrant) at about 6:00 PM of November 27, 2018 at Brgy.
Poblacion, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Enerio Sistoso Gonzaga, 54 years old, married, farmer by occupation,
a resident of Purok Nangka, Barangay Sacbulan, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Frustrated Murder docketed under Criminal
Case No. 14031-2K18 issued on October 8, 2018 by Presiding Judge of Regional
Trial Court, Ninth Judicial Region Branch 21, Pagadian City with a bail bond
recommended of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php120,000.00) for his
temporary liberty.
The arrested person is now under the
custody of San Pablo MPS for proper disposition.
