SAN PABLO, Zamboanga Del Sur (April
20, 2018) - Combined PNP personnel of Zamboanga Del Sur PPO, CIDG, 903RD
Maritime PNP and San Pablo MPS conducted police operation (Implementation of Service
of Search Warrant Numbers 2018-15,
2018-16, and 2018- 17).
The Search Warrant issued by Hon.
Pacifico T. Cimafranca, Jr., Presiding Judge of 8th MCTC, Dumalinao - San Pablo
– Tigbao – Guipos and Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur.
The operation conducted at the
house of the suspect at Barangay Bubual on this municipality on April 19, 2018
at about 6:30pm.
The law enforcement operation resulted
to the successful arrest of Dido Adal Y Singh, legal age and resident of the
above-mentioned place and the seizure of the following items, to wit: One (1)
Caliber 45 pistol, Norinco, bearing serial number 754135; One (1) magazine
assembly for caliber 45 pistol; and Seven (7) pieces live ammunitions of
caliber 45.
While the implementation of Search
Warrant Numbers 2018 -16 and 2018-17, yielded negative result.
During the implementation of Search
Warrants, it was witnessed by the Barangay Kagawads of Bubual, San Pablo,
Zamboanga Del Sur.
The arrested person to include the seized
