SAN PABLO. Zamboanga del Sur (April
11, 2018) – The Personnel of San Pablo Municipal Police Station (MPS) headed by
Acting Chief of Police Senior Inspector Renante Bayona Benitez conducted
service of warrant of arrest at Purok 4, Barangay Garang, Tangub City Misamis
Occidental Monday at 2:00pm.
Senior Inspector Benitez disclose
that the law-enforcement operation resulted the successful arrest of the
suspect identified as Rosendo Ayoda Duma-og, alias “Sendo” 38 years old,
married, and a resident of Purok 3, Barangay Bubual of this town.
His arrest was by virtue of Warrant
of Arrest issued by Honorable Dennis P. Vicoy, Presiding Judge of Regional
Trial Court 9th Judicial Region Br 22, Pagadian City for the crime of Rape in
rel. to R.A.7610 (2 counts) docketed
under cc # 13749-2K18 and 13750-2K18 with no fixed amount bail bond
recommended, The Police Official said.
Arrested subject person is now
detained at San Pablo MPS for proper disposition. (Jong D, Cadion)
