SAN PABLO, Zamboanga dle Sur (April
22, 2018) – The operating personnel of San Pablo MPS conducted campaign against
Wanted Person particularly at Saragoza Street, Poblacion, Iligan City at about 8:00 AM of April 21, 2018.
The operation resulted to the
successful arrest of Marwin Albatera Manceras aka “Kuya Edod” 30 years old,
single, and a resident of Purok Basalo, Barangay Kapamanok, San Pablo,
Zamboanga del Sur.
The suspect arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest issued by Honorable Benjamin L. Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge
of Regional Trial Court 9th Judicial Region Br 22, Pagadian City for the crime
of Rape docketed under cc# 12155-2K15.
The case of the suspect has bail
recommended for his provisional liberty is hereby fixed at One Hundred Twenty
Thousand pesos (P120,000.00). Accused is now temporary detained at San Pablo
MPS lock-up cell while waiting the court order of the issuing court for proper
disposition.
