SAN PABLO, Zamboanga del Sur (May 5, 2018) – The
PNP elements of San Pablo MPS arrested the accused for violation of RA 7610 during
the conduct of police operation (Service of Warrant of Arrest) at Barangay Poblacion,
Sapad, Lanao del Norte Saturday at about 4:30pm.
The law enforcement operation resulted to the
successful arrest of the suspect identified as Clint Justine Malaubang y
Tagahanan, 22 years old, single, jobless and a resident of Purok Orosco,
Barangay Kapamanok, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The accused has a pending warrant of arrest for
violation of RA 7610 docketed under criminal case number 13662-2k17 issued by
Honorable Benjamin R Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge, RTC9, Branch 22, Pagadian
City with bail bond of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200,000.00) for his
temporary liberty.
The arrested person is now temporary detained at
San Pablo MPS detention cell waiting for commitment order from the court.
